I build the lines between the boxes.
Marketplace and carrier integrations for online shops, since 2013: the plumbing that carries an order from a storefront to a doorstep, and the stock, labels and tracking back the other way.
Storefront
PrestaShop, Shopify
Marketplace
Cdiscount, Fnac, Mirakl
Back office
Picking, invoices
Carrier
Colissimo, Mondial Relay
tracking, returns and refunds travel back the other way
The boxes belong to other people. The lines are what I am hired for, and they are where an e-commerce project quietly fails: a stock desync, a label that prints the wrong weight, a return nobody sees.
What I take on
- Marketplace connectors
- Pushing stock and prices to marketplaces, pulling the orders back, and deciding what happens when the two sides disagree.
- Carriers and delivery
- Labels, pickup points, tracking and returns. Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Stuart.
- Modules and apps
- PrestaShop modules and Shopify apps, written to survive the next platform upgrade rather than the next demo.
- Integrations that already broke
- A connector that drops orders, desyncs stock or prints wrong labels. I read it, find the leak, and hand back something your team can keep.
Selected work
All projects- Colissimo Max & Mondial Relay Max PrestaShop modules Labels, pickup point selection, tracking and returns on the two delivery networks French shops cannot do without.
- Cdiscount Marketplace PrestaShop module The connector merchants use to sell their catalogue on Cdiscount without leaving their shop.
- Piccolo Open source, PHP A lightweight PSR-first micro-framework skeleton I maintain. This site runs on it.
Notes
All notesI am starting to write down what I learn keeping shops connected to marketplaces and carriers. First one lands soon.
Working together
I take freelance integration work through Kosmonaft.dev, alongside my day job at Cdiscount. Small, scoped jobs suit that best: one connector, one carrier, one thing that stopped working.
Tell me what breaks and where it hurts. If it is not something I should take on, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
